Site Security & Service Disconnection
Initial setup involved installing temporary fencing and verifying that all gas, water, and electricity services were safely capped off.
Soft Strip & Hazardous Materials
Internal fixtures and non-structural elements were removed. Asbestos checks were conducted to ensure zero contamination.
Main Structural Demolition
Using our 20-tonne excavator, the main structure was systematically dismantled from the roof down to the slab.
Slab Removal & Site Clearing
Concrete footings and the main slab were broken and removed. The site was then raked to ensure all debris was cleared from the soil.
